All Art prints and Original paintings are shipped from my studio in Barcelona (Spain).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME from dispatching date :

Spain: 2 to 3 business days.
Within the EU: 3 to 7 business days.
Rest of Europe: 3 to 11 business days.
United States / Canada: 7 to 10 business days.
Other destinations : 2 to 6 weeks.

Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

There will be no refunds on packages returned to me due to an incorrect address. So please make sure your mailing address is correct when placing your order. Thank you.

In cases where returns are permitted, if the product is not returned in its original packaging and/or is not in perfect condition, only 50% of its value will be refunded.

All art prints are available, if not otherwise stated in the product description, in the same size as the original artwork. If you want a print in another size or you have any other special requests, please feel free to contact me via Etsy conversation.

Prints are a high quality reproduction of the original illustration printed in in a CANSON paper of 300g or similar, depending on availability.

Art prints are signed and dated manually by the author.

Monitors may be calibrated differently so colors may vary slightly on your screen.

Frame is not included, it is simply shown as a suggestion.

You will receive JPG files in 3 different sizes, if not otherwise stated in the product description, all in high resolution of 300 dpi:
A5: 14.8 x 21 cm (5.8 x 8.3 in.)
A4: 21 x 29,7 cm (8.3 x 11.7 in.)
A3: 29,7x 42 cm (11.7 x 16.5 in.)

The final printed product of the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and the type of paper chosen to be printed on. For the most visually stunning end results, I recommend printing the designs on a high-quality paper.

No physical product will be shipped. Frame is not included, it is simply shown as a suggestion.

To prevent art-prints or the original illustrations from being distorted or damaged, they are carefully wrapped individually in a transparent plastic sleeve and sent in a rigid cardboard envelope (for A5/A4 sizes) or in a cardboard tube for bigger sizes.

DIGITAL FILES purchased can be printed as many times as you like FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
